All the beans in this blend are roasted individually, slowly and gently, to preserve their properties. The beans are then rapidly cooled with cold air, instead of the usual water cooling. Air-cooling ensures that the full aroma of the beans is preserved and prevents them from absorbing moisture again unnecessarily.

This blend is distinguished by its powerful character, its sweetness, its smoothness and its notes of hazelnut and chocolate.

The crema is just as we like it – thick, creamy and with a good consistency. The natural, washed Arabica beans from Brazil give it a fine, elegant aroma. the washed Robusta beans from India, on the other hand, give a rich, intense crema.

Genovese Qualita Orientale is perfect for a cappuccino or latte macchiato.
